Our backend is currently experiencing authorization issues affecting certain requests. As a result, some features and management services may be temporarily unavailable or behave unexpectedly. We have identified the issue and are actively working on a fix. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.

Resolved
Authentication for customer accounts and API tokens is operating normally again following the hotfix deployment. Our final validation has not identified any further issues. We therefore consider the issue resolved and are closing this incident.

Monitoring
We have implemented a hotfix and are currently deploying it across our infrastructure. Once the rollout is complete, we will perform a comprehensive verification of the authentication and authorization processes to ensure that all backend services are operating correctly again. Further updates will follow once validation has been completed.
